NIKE, Inc. warrants to the original purchaser that this product is free from
defects in material and workmanship for the life of the product.  This 
warranty applies when the product is used under normal conditions for the 
purpose for which the product is designed, and does not apply to normal 
wear and tear or damage related to alteration, accident, misuse, improper 
care, or negligence.  If there is a covered defect, return the product with 
proof of purchase to the NIKE dealer from which the product was purchased, 
write Consumer Services, One Bowerman Drive, Beaverton, OR, 97005-6453,
or telephone 1-800-344-NIKE for return authorization.  If NIKE determines 
that there is a covered defect, the product will be replaced, at NIKE's option, 
with the same or similiar product.  This warranty is in lieu of all other 
express warranties.  In no event shall NIKE be liable for direct, indirect, 
incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use of the product.  
Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or 
consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply 
to you.  This warranty gives you special legal rights, and you may also have 
other rights which vary from State to State.
